Walker, the first self-made female millionaire in America, to Biddy Mason, a former slave who became a wealthy real estate entrepreneur and philanthropist, minority women have long demonstrated resilience, innovation, and leadership. In the modern era, women like Sheila Johnson, co-founder of BET and the first Black female billionaire, and Sara Blakely, founder of Spanx, remind us that perseverance and vision can lead to groundbreaking success. These women and many others serve as beacons of hope, proving that no dream is too big to pursue.

This Women’s History Month is particularly meaningful to me as I recently had the honor of receiving the Women Making History Award as a Trailblazer. This recognition is a testament to the hard work, passion, and dedication I pour into empowering others through my consulting business and community efforts.
